Deputy Ward Manager Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (including participation in an on-call rota and weekend working)
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step into leadership? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading independent hospital for a Deputy Ward Manager to join a well-established surgical ward team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior ward nurse with strong clinical experience to develop their management skills while continuing to deliver outstanding patient care in a modern, supportive hospital environment.
The Role Working closely with the Ward Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of a busy surgical ward, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, patient safety and operational efficiency.
