DEPUTY PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Summary You will serve as a DEPUTY PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT in the Operations Department (C/300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including the planning, engineering, production, testing. You will determine the scope of the work package, evaluate the ability of the Shipyard to support the work packages, and recommend modification of the work package, if necessary. You will determine the manpower, material, facilities, and other needs of the project. You will be responsible for following and enforcing all established safety rules and requirements. You will monitor the project's budget and overtime expenditures and key aspects of the project's work progress. You will oversee a diverse workforce composed of nearly all of the Federal Wage System trades in the Shipyard.
