Qualifications

∙Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance,

Operations Management, or related field.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

∙Experience

15+ years of progressive operations experience.

Minimum 5 years in lead roles managing operations.

Experience leading operations across multi-regional markets preferred.

Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, finance operations, and

business operations.

Experience within technology, AI infrastructure, datacenter, manufacturing,

telecommunications, or hardware businesses preferred.
