Deputy Manager of Logistics (LMW / COO)

Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee import/export logistics, customs compliance, LMW operations, and logistics cost optimization to support business operations and customer deliveries.

Manage and oversee daily import and export logistics operations, customs clearance, and LMW compliance.

Lead and supervise the logistics team to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

Develop, review, and improve logistics, customs, and warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with customs regulations, LMW requirements, and international trade standards.

Manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers to achieve service and cost targets.

Drive logistics cost reduction initiatives and monitor departmental budgets and expenses.

Review logistics KPIs and prepare monthly management reports.
