Deputy Manager Industrial Relations

Job Purpose

The Deputy Manager - Industrial Relations is responsible for managing industrial relations and ensuring compliance with all applicable labour and statutory regulations at the Thar site. The role involves liaising with regulatory authorities, advising management on industrial relations and compliance matters, resolving employee relations issues, and fostering strong relationships with external institutions to support smooth business operations while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour and industrial regulations, including FA, SIRA, EOBI, SESSI, WPPF/WWF, and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and government institutions on compliance-related matters.
