Deputy Manager - Human Resource Job Description Your Responsibilities The Deputy Manager – Human Resources is a critical HR role responsible for end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and industrial relations across the Tarapur HN Plant, Mumbai office, and field associates supporting HN & AN businesses. Reporting to the General Manager – HR, the role requires an experienced HR professional (8–10 years) with strong expertise in managing multi-location compliance frameworks, complex labour environments, and unionized workforces.
