DEPUTY MANAGER / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / GENEVA

The Boutique Manager optimize the overall sales performance, actively participating in sales in order to reach the quantitative and qualitative goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support your team (around 15 SA) with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs
• Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance.
• Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers.
• Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clienteling tools to to ensure the highest level of Client experience
