Lead a team of CAE Engineers in the area of Tractor Systems and Applitrac Systems durability analysis. Plan and Execute CAE projects related to development of Light Weighting,Product Improvement to fix field failure and New Product tractor and Applitrac systems. Build and Drive a team of passionate Engineers on CAE Technology Development to cut down analysis time, accuracy of analysis, address complex physical problems. Control Cost, Quality and Time targets as per project requirements. Improve quality of analysis by establishing field and lab correlation. Develop durability design verification plans for CAE. Generate internal business for CAE group. Prepare and present CAE group progress and future plans to higher management. Ensure alignment of CAE processes with Mahindra group companies.
