Deputy IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy IT Manager to oversee IT operations across our Office HQ and project sites. Reporting to Senior IT Manager (Singapore), you will ensure reliable IT infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and effective support for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily IT operations for Office HQ and project sites.

Ensure the availability of network, internet connectivity, end-user devices, and IT infrastructure.

Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues.

Support cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint security, and incident response.

Coordinate IT setup for new project sites and office relocations.

Manage local IT vendors, service providers, and monitor SLA performance.

Lead and mentor the local IT team.

Work closely with Singapore HQ and internal stakeholders to deliver IT projects and operational improvements.
