Job Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems during the start‑up phase of the subsidiary.
- Review and update the Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with company policies, local labour regulations, and effective implementation of procedures.
- Manage office schedules and administrative processes, ensuring the timely submission, approval, and filing of documents.
- Provide HR guidance and support the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and follow‑up, to ensure recruitment targets and deadlines are achieved.
