An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to work as part of the Integrated Care Division as Deputy General Manager (DGM). This role would suit an enthusiastic and forward thinking person looking for that next step in operational management

The role of DGM, as well as providing a senior point of contact to Admin and Clerical staff, works closely with clinical and nursing leads to ensure a high standard of patient care is delivered, in line with the Trust policy and standard operating procedures. This is a busy, demanding and challenging role.
