Job Role Description:

The Deputy General Manager of Fonn Mór plays a key role in supporting the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead the team and drive commercial performance. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on hospitality leader with strong operational experience, excellent people management skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards across service, food and drink.

Nestled around the corner from the main entrance is the newly opened Fonn Mór; a piano bar and casual eatery that gives fans of the Oran Mor a more intimate and relaxed experience, but with all the aesthetic touches and quality service you’d expect in the heart of the building. A classically cool wine and piano bar that serves up small plates, cocktails and late night music in the heart of the old vestry.
