Deputy Director (Reclamation)

As a Deputy Director, you will provide leadership for JTC's land reclamation portfolio, covering the full project lifecycle from concept planning and engineering design to procurement, implementation and completion. You will provide strategic direction, technical leadership and governance to ensure reclamation projects are delivered within resource, timeline, quality and environmental requirements, while supporting Singapore’s long‑term land use and ensuring alignment with national strategic priorities. You will also play a key role in strengthening team capabilities, enhancing project management practices and establishing consistent governance, delivery standards and best practices across multiple reclamation projects.
