Directs day to day MCCS operations and the management of personnel responsible for the following programs and activities: Marine & Family Programs, Retail & Services, Warrior Athlete Readiness and Resilience (WARR)/Semper Fit, Food & Hospitality, Recreation Businesses, Miramar Air Show, and other key support functions.
