Deputy Director - Human Resources Policy

The Deputy Director - Human Resources (HR) Policy role offers the opportunity to lead policy development, governance, and communication across a research-focused organisation. This position plays a key role in ensuring HR policies are not only well-structured, but also clearly understood by staff through effective engagement and change communication.

• Lead the review of HR policies across functions, considering Public Service directives, relevant legislation, industry practice, and organisational impact
• Engage stakeholders and staff directly to assess proposed policy changes and gather feedback
