Deputy Director, Debt Markets

Overview

The role of a Deputy Director of Debt Markets is to support the Debt Markets Department (Debt Markets ) in delivering value-add advisory and structuring solutions to clients across Debt Markets product areas such as bridging financing (via Islamic term financing facility and/or conventional loan facility), bank guarantee facility (via Islamic and/or conventional principle), syndicated term loan/financing and issuance of corporate bonds/Sukuk, as well as debt restructuring exercises. This role’s primary responsibility is to support the Team Lead of Debt Markets, where required, to identify, originate, develop, and structure investment banking solutions for clients. The task includes coordinating the Associates/Senior Associates/Manager/Senior Manager and managing deal execution.
