Deputy Director, Data Analytics & IT

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Regional's data analytics and IT systems functions for restaurant operations. Develop and manage centralized business intelligence dashboards and operational reporting systems. Analyze large sets of operational, sales, manpower, and customer data to support strategic business decisions. Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to improve workflow automation and data integration. Manage POS systems, ERP integrations, CRM systems, inventory systems, and internal reporting tools across multiple outlets. Support digital transformation projects and implementation of new technologies within restaurant operations. Ensure data accuracy, system stability, cybersecurity compliance, and operational continuity.
