About the opportunity
It is an exciting time to join the Alumni and Supporter Experience team that provides an innovative engagement program for a community of almost 500,000 people.
To support our ambitions for enhanced alumni and donor engagement, we are investing in the team’s capacity and now seek a Deputy Director (Alumni Communications and Insights) to drive mass engagementthroughmulti-channel communications.
The role will see you designing, implementing, refining, and reviewing alumni journeys that are data informed and thoughtfully cater to the diversity of our alumni community to achieve a personalised and integrated alumni and donor communication experience.
