Major Responsibilities

• Act as the delegate for the Construction Manager when required, ensuring continuity in oversight and coordination of construction activities.
• Support the Construction Manager in executing responsibilities across all aspects of project delivery, including:
  • Lead the owner’s oversight of construction coordination and inspection activities.
  • Collaborate with the contractor’s construction management team to ensure effective and aligned project execution.
