Job Overview
Support the Centre Director in ensuring full contractual compliance and ensuring adherence to legislation, company policies and procedures, contractual obligations and financial parameters.To work with the managers to develop innovative practice and service development to add value to provision for Residents.Liaise with key stakeholders, including (but not limited to) Home Office, Independent Monitoring Board, Emergency Services, Border Force, NHS England and the local Health Provider etc, working in partnership to resolve issues and to ensure the smooth running of the Centre and delivery of quality services to the Residents.
