Operational Excellence

• Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with Group’s policies & Maison’s commercial rules, guarantee that retail procedures are respected and all team members are aware of the latest procedures and tools capabilities. Support preparation for internal and external audits and ensure documentation is accurate and available.
• Safety and security: Oversee the safety and security of the team, inventory, and premises, implementing and maintaining robust security protocols. Manage boutique maintenance and supplier procurements.
