Job Summary
- Support Retail Deposit pricing and portfolio management activities, portfolio performance measurement, portfolio forecasting and margin optimisation
- Launch and implement portfolio programs to drive balance sheet growth and stickiness
Strategy & Business
- Drive and execute periodic portfolio programs. Track execution of portfolio decisions and action plans.
- Work closely with Segments, Retail analytics and Sales channels to understand behavioural drivers and ensure these are reflected across portfolio programs.
- Responsible to ensure new clients across various sales channels are activated and work closely with key stakeholders to build an effective onboarding / activation journey.
- Specific focus on Affluent balance build and deepening & activation of clients via digital channel.
- Optimize deposit portfolio balances, margins based on market and competitive dynamics.
