In this role, you will oversee multiple departments, ensuring your teams deliver outstanding customer service, meet sales goals, and maintain the highest standards of department performance. As active, visible leaders, you will spend the majority of your time on the sales floor motivating, coaching, and directing staff. You will foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and product knowledge while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. These positions report directly to the Store Manager. We sell gear for a wide range of outdoor and athletic activities, from seasonal adventures to everyday recreation.
