Job Overview

A dental laboratory in Ottawa is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support smooth communication between the lab team, dental offices, clients, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a dental office , dental laboratory , or healthcare/customer service environment . Dental experience is strongly preferred, as this role requires understanding case flow, client communication, work orders, scheduling, invoicing, and daily operational needs. Bilingual English/French is considered a strong asset.
