Job Responsibilities
- Perform customer service duties at the front desk such as handling patient registration, appointment booking, answering phone calls and attending to patients' enquiries.
- Setting up and preparing the necessary equipment and materials for different dental services.
- Assisting the dentist during treatment.
- Ensuring safety and comfort of patients.
- Educating clients on dental procedures and post-operative care.
- Updating patient records on the computer using relevant software.
- Keeping clean and sterile for all needed equipment.
- Complying with all rules on confidentiality and Data Protection.
- To carry out any other duties as requested by colleagues to ensure that patients receive a high quality of patient care.
- Preferably minimum of 1 year's customer-service/ front-desk/ Dental Assistant experience
