Dental Assistant (Senior Clinical Expanded Function)

Summary The Dental Assistant Senior Clinical Expanded Function (SCEF), shall support the Dental Clinic within the Memphis VA Medical Center by assisting the general dentist and dental specialist in many aspects of direct patient care and performs other clinical and clerical functions independently of direct supervision. Additionally, performs a higher level, scope, complexity and variety of dental assisting duties representing the clinical assignment, and applies advanced clinical skills. Responsibilities The Dental Assistant Senior Clinical Expanded Function position is located in the Dental Service at the Memphis VA Medical Center.
