Job Desciptions:

• Responsively and professionally handle inbound chats from potential patients across online channels.
• Provide clear, persuasive information regarding dental treatments, pricing, doctor schedules, and ongoing promotions.
• Drive chat inquiries to successfully booked clinical appointments.
• Boost conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs (Response Time, Lead Volume, Conversation Quality, and Conversion/Closing Rate).

Job Qualifications:

• Associate Degree (D3) minimum
