Demi Chef - Precision Prep & Kitchen Stewardship

Alila Hotels is seeking a Demi Chef for Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur. You will support the Chef de Partie in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dish preparation, and adhering to hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident with a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts and 1–3 years of kitchen experience. You will assist in supervising Commis Chefs and contribute to maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.
