Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily menu items in accordance with company SOP, recipe standards, and quality requirements.
- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with meal preparation, plating, and ensuring dish consistency.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining effective employee relations and communicate any complaints to the Chef de Partie.
- Ensure all food preparations are carried out according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a hotel cold kitchen or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and basic culinary techniques.
