Demi Chef de Partie: International & Arabic Cuisine Expert

YOSH in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for hot kitchen operations specializing in international and Arabic cuisine. You will prepare and cook dishes to specification, assist in mise en place, and help ensure consistency, taste, and presentation across busy service periods.

You will work with the team, train junior staff, maintain HACCP standards, manage equipment safely, and adapt to menu changes and dietary requirements such as halal and allergen needs.
