Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Demi Chef de Partie to support the hot kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking dishes for the hot section ensuring consistency in portion control, flavour and presentation.

• Support service by expediting tickets, plating to specification and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

• Carry out mise en place and advance preparation work to agreed recipes and standards including butchery, stocks, sauces and vegetable preparation.

• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff and commis chefs during service providing clear instruction and on‑the‑job coaching.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in line with HACCP and company policies; complete cleaning and closing duties as required.
