Meals on Me in Dubai's Al Quoz invites a skilled Demi Chef De Partie (DCDP) for our cold kitchen/Garde Manger. You will lead cold preparation, salads, dressings, and chilled components with precision in a high-volume delivery kitchen.

Working under the Sous Chef, you will manage mise en place, ensure food safety per HACCP/ISO, monitor freshness, reduce waste, and collaborate across the kitchen to maintain quality and timely order assembly.
