Your Role in the Story 

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role within our kitchen team, overseeing a specific station and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. You will work in alignment with the Paris Society concept and LUURA brand standards, delivering an exceptional culinary experience whether operating within Lenea restaurant. 

The role requires a strong understanding of culinary techniques, international cuisine, and food safety regulations, as well as the ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure, fine-dining environment.
