We are looking for a talented Demand Planning Specialist – Senior to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Demand Planning Department in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate, rolling 36‑month demand forecasts, with contributions to the 5‑year outlook to support strategic and aggregate planning.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure aligned and reliable demand plans.
- Analyse market, customer, and product data to challenge assumptions and improve the robustness and quality of demand forecasts.
- Monitor near‑term demand signals and order trends, adjusting forecasts proactively while escalating risks or deviations where needed.
