Demand Planner (Madrid)

Overview

We are looking for a Demand Planner in the Supply Chain Department in Madrid, Spain, to drive the development of a multi‑category business through accurate demand planning, managing stock flows from inbound production planning to sell‑in sales to clients. Responsibilities include active participation in the categories of Biscuits, Waffles, Sweet Spreads, Ice Cream and Bars in both Retail and Away From Home markets.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sales Manager Retail and other functional teams to deliver accuracy by leading the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, structuring forecasts for assigned accounts, revising throughout the year, and creating reporting tools that extract key insights for business and clients to improve accuracy and reduce logistics cost.
