About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Revenue Marketing to own and drive our revenue marketing and demand generation programmes. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role at the intersection of paid media, CRM operations, and pipeline reporting with direct visibility into business results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, owning targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximise pipeline contribution.
- Own the full lead lifecycle in HubSpot, including lead capture, scoring, segmentation, nurturing workflows, and sales handoff to ensure consistent pipeline quality and velocity.
- Track and report on key demand generation metrics (MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, ROI) and translate data into clear recommendations for Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
