Demand Generation Manager (Korea and GC)

**Meet the Team**
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Demand Generation Manager to lead our Demand Generation team across Korea and Greater China.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale a high-performing team responsible for driving pipeline growth across some of Splunk's most important growth markets. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Operations leaders to build a sustainable pipeline engine that accelerates business outcomes.

Beyond day-to-day management, we are seeking a leader who can develop effective go-to-market strategies, elevate outbound prospecting capabilities, improve conversion performance, and inspire a team to consistently deliver results.
