Demand and Supply Planner

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Manage and communicate demand planning activities across various supplying sites by initiating production plans based on system demand and anticipated customer orders for all four segments. The role ensures alignment with site strategies, operational targets, and local, regional, segment, and corporate objectives and guidelines. Prepare short- and long-term forecasts in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing for all four segments. Regularly measure forecast accuracy and proactively implement corrective and preventive actions as required. Develop realistic procurement and dispatch schedules by analysing customer demand and translating this into actionable plans, balancing OTIF, inventory levels, shipping capacity, and cost considerations.
