Job Title: Delivery Service DispatcherJob Description
The Delivery Service Dispatcher supports daily operations by generating cases for billing disputes and coordinating service for CO2 tanks. This role involves logging incoming calls, creating and managing service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service technicians, and assisting with billing issues, gas refills, and equipment safety concerns. The dispatcher ensures accurate data entry, timely follow-up, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. New hires complete a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor to build confidence and proficiency.
