Delivery Manager – Quarterly Agile Planning & Delivery Orchestration
Location: Porto / Hybrid (3 days a week in the office)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and impact-driven Delivery Manager to lead delivery orchestration across our Product & Technology organisation.
This is a critical role focused on ensuring predictable, transparent, and aligned delivery across multiple teams. You will own the orchestration of our Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) cycles, drive delivery governance, and enable seamless execution across Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders. Ensure business and product priorities are translated into clear, executable delivery plans with defined ownership and follow-through.
