Delivery Manager

Location: Glasgow (1 to 2 days a week)

Clearance: BPSS

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join a high-profile programme. You will take ownership of a large portfolio of applications, managing client relationships and driving end-to-end delivery while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and oversee full application delivery lifecycle
  • Lead opportunity management (Prospect → Close) to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the account
  • Ensure delivery assurance by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Lead proposals, presentations, negotiations, and RFP/RFI responses
