Delivery Manager - Airport Ops.

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Delivery Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of technology products and the Self‑service portfolio across Airport Operations, ensuring successful delivery of operational technology initiatives while maintaining system stability, operational resilience, and alignment with business objectives.

The Self‑service portfolio includes self‑service check‑in kiosks, self‑service bag drop, lounge access system, roaming agent, biometrics, Amadeus PSS‑related platforms and lounge access system, and requires close collaboration with operational stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver measurable business and operational value.
