As a Delivery Manager at Backbase, oversee US Hub projects and guarantee high-quality customer delivery. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
In this role, you will manage project deliveries for Backbase customers in the US Hub. You will engage with executive clients and work with the Customer Success team to enhance delivery quality. This position also involves liaising with Sales and the R&D department, driving the alignment of delivery strategies across implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise delivery quality for customer projects
• Present strategies to executive-level clients
• Align project execution with technical implementations
• Collaborate with Internal teams for seamless delivery
• Guide Project Managers and oversee their work
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Delivery leadership
• Familiarity with banking/financial services sectors
• Experienced in managing high-traffic web applications
