Role: Delivery Head (D365 CRM Functional) Location: India/USA/UK Role Summary The Delivery Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and clients, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery & resource optimization. The role involves leading delivery teams, managing stakeholder communication, and driving operational excellence. - Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Lead project planning, resource allocation, task assignments, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution discussions, and design workshops with business users.
