Description
Use exceptional customer service skills to view critical part allocation requests from operators and MRO facilities. Update and create accurate material delivery commits for decision making on part allocation between operator and MRO shops. Participate in SAP Testing environment. Provide feedback on SAP UI updates prior to updating production environment. Review material shortage status and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate. Work with CAMs to understand operator requirement. Create allocation file within DOME software with new MRO Gate 3 start dates.
Experience/Qualifications
Strong customer service skills 3-5 years’ experience in Delivery Assurance Proficient in SAP Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access & Outlook). Experience with Pratt & Whitney systems and SAP transaction codes a huge plus.
