Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) Experience in a retail fresh food environment, preferably within Deli, Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, or Ready-to-Eat departments. Proven experience managing margin, shrinkage and waste control, and fresh food operations. Strong knowledge of food safety legislation and merchandising principles. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and coaching. Competencies Strong commercial awareness and results orientation. Leadership and team management capability.
