The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for the decision making and disclosure element in relation to all disclosure requests such as Family Court Requests, Regulatory Body requests, Housing requests, Pressing Social Need; Common Law Disclosures etc. and all elements of Civil Disclosure from the public and external bodies.

Main responsibilities:

1. To manage processing all disclosure requests by application of documented Warwickshire Police procedures which requires taking personal responsibility for risk assessing the relevancy, accuracy and the proportionality of non-convictional, convictional and not guilty information.
