A high-volume manufacturing facility in Bloomingdale is seeking a skilled Deburring Operator. This role is responsible for machine setup and ensuring production readiness while maintaining high quality standards.
The Role
Perform setup duties for deburring and tapping machines including tool alignment and adjustments
Analyze machine or process problems and determine solutions to maintain production flow
Execute inspection methods and make periodic quality checks to ensure standards are met
Instruct and assist other operators in machine setup and process documentation
Monitor processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and assist with equipment maintenance
Requirements
