This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, reporting to the Rates and Revenue Manager, forming part of the Finance & Property team.

You will work directly with ratepayers and debtors, providing professional and compassionate customer service, negotiating sustainable repayment arrangements and guiding customers through Council policies, procedures and debt management requirements.
