Debrief clerk (montaque gardens) permanent

Location: Blackheath Industria, Cape Town

We are looking for a Debriefing Clerk to support warehouse and transport operations by ensuring accurate debriefing of vehicles and correct handling of all related documentation.

Key duties include: Debriefing vehicles and reconciling trip sheets, PODs and purchase orders Checking documentation for accuracy, signatures and dates Capturing and maintaining accurate records on systems Assisting with driver and delivery-related queries Supporting receiving, dispatch, stock counts and housekeeping Reporting discrepancies, risks or non‑compliance to management Working in line with health, safety and operational procedures Minimum requirements: Grade 12 3–4 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements Computer literate (MS Office); SAP experience advantageous Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Dangerous goods handling experience
